Eddie is a specialist in business transformation and executive development. He has had a career spanning a number of industries and countries and has extensive international business strategy, marketing and communication leadership experience. He works with business leaders to optimize engagement, productivity and profitability. 

He is certified FocalPoint business coach, and was trained by the Coach Training Institute. FocalPoint is one of the world's leading business coaching organizations, with more that 200 coaches around the globe.

A published business author, his book ‘Driving Success in your Law Firm – revolutionising the client journey’,  was co-authored with legal innovator Sally Holdway and published in May 2017 by the Law Society.

Eddie started his career at London advertising agencies Saatchi & Saatchi and WCRS then moving to Madrid, Spain to work as International Account Director for Ruiz Nicoli Advertising (Euro RSCG group). 

He was recruited to head up worldwide advertising at Amadeus IT Group, the world’s leading supplier of travel technology, operating from Madrid, Spain. Later promoted to worldwide Group Director of Corporate Marketing he oversaw the company’s brand and marketing strategy in 178 countries, and led the strategic communications of Amadeus’ successful €8 billion IPO. He was part of the executive team that launched Spain’s leading travel website rumbo.com.

Eddie was  CEO of the UK’s leading legal services network, QualitySolicitors. a private equity backed organization of 120 law firms with combined annual legal billings of over £200 million. 

Eddie has an MSc Masters degree in Consulting & Coaching for Change from Oxford University, UK & HEC Paris, France and a BSc undergraduate degree in Systems Management from City University, London and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of York. 

Eddie is a US citizen, who was raised in the UK and lived for 25 years in Spain before moving to Dallas with his wife, and two of his four children. He is a fluent speaker of Spanish.
